Eligibility: This promotion is open to attendees of Blurry Con 2025 who are 18 years or older as of October 31, 2025, with a valid email address and residency within the United States of America. By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements. Mighty Beast Coffee Roasters reserves the right to verify age and residency prior to awarding any prize.

Entry Period: The promotional period begins on October 31, 2025 and ends on November 1, 2025. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter: To enter, sign up for the Mighty Beast Coffee Roasters email list at our booth during Blurry Con or via the entry form on the official giveaway webpage at mightybeast.coffee. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive:

• Five (5) 12oz bags of Mighty Beast Coffee
• One (1) Mighty Beast Coffee Roasters t-shirt
• Free coffee for one (1) year — one (1) 12oz bag of coffee (blend of winner’s choice) shipped monthly for twelve (12) consecutive months, beginning November 2025.

Approximate retail value (ARV): $375

Winner Selection & Odds: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The drawing will occur within five (5) business days following Blurry Con 2025.

Notification: The winner will be notified via email within five (5) calendar days of selection. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize in writing within five (5) calendar days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Mighty Beast Coffee Roasters, which are final and binding in all respects. Mighty Beast Coffee Roasters reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or compromises the entry process or violates these rules.

Fraud & Imposter Disclaimer: Mighty Beast Coffee Roasters will never ask entrants to provide credit card numbers, bank information, or other sensitive personal details in order to claim a prize. If entrants receive messages from accounts impersonating Mighty Beast Coffee Roasters, those are fraudulent. Only official messages sent directly from the verified Mighty Beast Coffee Roasters social media accounts will be valid. Entrants should disregard and report any suspicious or imposter communications. 

Dispute Resolution: Participants in the contest hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Kansas courts (state and federal) in Jefferson County for any causes or controversies arising out of the contest. The winning entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, or controversies (“Claims”) arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be resolved by arbitration pursuant to this provision and the code of procedures of either the National Arbitration Forum (“NAF”) or the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), as selected by the Company. IF ARBITRATION IS CHOSEN BY THE COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO A CLAIM, NEITHER PARTY WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE THAT CLAIM IN COURT OR HAVE A JURY TRIAL ON THAT CLAIM. FURTHER, ENTRANTS WILL NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OR OTHER PERSONS SIMILARLY SITUATED, OR AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OF CLAIMANTS PERTAINING TO ANY CLAIM SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION.
