Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States of America. Entrants must have an active Facebook and Instagram account and comply with each platform’s terms of service. By submitting an entry, each entrant represents that they meet all eligibility requirements. The Company reserves any and all rights to verify residency of an entrant prior to awarding any prize. 

Entry Period: The promotion begins on Sept 1, 2025, and ends on September 19, 2025. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible. 

How to Enter: To enter, participants must: 

1. Follow Mighty Beast Coffee Roasters on both Facebook and Instagram. 
2. Comment on at least one recent Mighty Beast Coffee Roasters post on either platform during the entry period. 

Each person may submit one entry. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified. 

Prize: One winner will receive one 12oz bag of Mighty Beast coffee (blend of their choice) delivered to their provided address every month for twelve (12) consecutive calendar months, commencing in October 2025. The approximate retail value of the prize is [value]. 

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing on September 20, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. 

Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media account used to enter within five (5) calendar days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond with written confirmation of acceptance of the prize and a valid U.S. shipping address within five (5) calendar days of being notified, an alternate winner may be selected. 

General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Mighty Beast Coffee Roasters, which are final and binding in all respects. Dispute Resolution: Participants in the contest hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Kansas courts (state and federal) in Jefferson County for any causes or controversies arising out of the contest. The winning entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts. Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, causes of action, or controversies (“Claims”) arising out of or in connection with this contest shall be resolved by arbitration pursuant to this provision and the code of procedures of either the National Arbitration Forum (“NAF”) or the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), as selected by the Company.
